NumroQ sells one-time software licences (the WordPress plugins and the white-label website) and monthly API subscriptions. These are digital products delivered instantly, so please read this policy before you buy.
14-day money-back guarantee (licences)
If a one-time licence does not work as described and we cannot help you get it running, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we will issue a full refund. We may ask for details of the problem so we can try to fix it first.
API subscriptions
Monthly API plans are billed in advance. You can cancel any time and will not be charged again; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. A period you have already used is normally not refundable, but if you were charged in error or hit a genuine problem, contact us within 14 days and we will review it.
What is not refundable
Requests after the 14-day window, and licences or API keys that have been used extensively or activated on a live site, are normally not refundable. We review every request fairly on its own merits.
How to request a refund
Use our contact page and include the email on your order (and your licence or order number if you have it) so we can find your payment quickly. Payments are processed by our payment provider (Paddle) as merchant of record, and approved refunds return to your original payment method.
