Email Verification & Resending

Two kinds of people can get stuck without confirming: a member who registered but never verified their email, and a newsletter subscriber who never clicked the confirm link. Both are recoverable, and the site gives you one-click and bulk ways to reach them.

Newsletter subscribers

In Admin → Newsletter, any subscriber who is still pending has a Resend confirm button. It reuses their original confirm link, so an older email still works too. When more than one person is pending you also get Resend confirm to all pending, which emails every one of them at once.

Members

In Admin → Users, any unverified member has a Resend verification button, plus Resend verification to all unverified for the whole list. Demo accounts are skipped. Members can also help themselves: while they are logged in but unverified they see a banner on their account with a Resend verification email button, limited to once a minute so nobody can spam it.

The "Last email sent" column

Both lists show when each person was last emailed, so you can tell who has already been reminded and avoid sending the same nudge twice. People who signed up before this feature existed show a dash until their next send.

What unverified members can still do

The gate is deliberately gentle, so nobody is locked out of your site:

• They can log in and use every free calculator normally.
• They cannot start a premium upgrade until they verify.
• Their calculations are not saved to their history until they verify.
