Two channels bring visitor enquiries into the admin so nothing gets lost in an inbox.
Support Tickets
Logged-in members can open a support ticket, and you reply from the admin with full status tracking (open, answered, closed). It keeps a clear history of each conversation, which is much easier to manage than scattered emails.
Messages
Every contact-form submission is stored under Messages, with an unread badge in the sidebar so you can see at a glance when something needs attention. You can read, reply, mark as read and delete. Because messages are stored, a form submission is never just an email that might be missed or filtered.
