Extra Calls & Upgrades

As your usage grows, you have two simple ways to get more calls, and you can do both from the developer portal.

Buy an extra-call pack

An extra-call pack is a one-off top-up that sits on top of your current plan. It is tracked by its own expiry, separate from your monthly reset, so it is ideal for a temporary spike (a launch, a campaign, a busy month) without committing to a higher tier.

Upgrade or downgrade your plan

Moving to a higher tier takes effect immediately, with proration so you only pay the difference for the rest of the period. A downgrade is scheduled for the end of your current period, so you keep the higher allowance you already paid for until then. Nothing is lost in either direction.

Deciding which

If your higher usage is a one-time spike, buy an extra-call pack. If it is the new normal, upgrade the plan. You can always adjust later as your traffic settles.
