Scheduling and caps
In Settings you set the posting hours (for example 9, 13, 18), a minimum gap between posts on a channel, a daily cap and a monthly cap. With Full auto-post on, approved posts publish automatically at those times, spaced so they never bunch up. Each channel can also have its own per-day cap and posting language under Per-channel settings.
Generating and sending
Use Generate one to create a draft, and the channel picker beside it to choose which connected channel to write for (or leave it on Auto). Generate 5 ahead fills a small queue. A draft can be edited, approved (queued for the scheduler) or sent immediately with Send now.
Results and history
The Results card shows clicks to your site per channel, counted from the tracked links. History lists every post with its channel, status and clicks, and any post that failed has a one-click Retry. For deeper behaviour (bounce, signups) use your Analytics or GA4, which receive the utm_source tags automatically.
Content, images and click-through
Choose your topic sources (horoscopes, calculators, daily numerology, blog, Search Console demand, or your own list), a Value posts ratio (link-free posts that grow reach), a call to action placed before the link, and an optional brand voice. Images are branded cards by default; carousels and, on a VPS with FFmpeg, a short slideshow video are optional.
Common issues
- A post failed: open History, hover the failed status to read the reason, fix the channel if needed, then click Retry.
- Image did not attach: images post as JPEG and upload directly to the channel, so a WebP or unreachable-URL problem does not apply. If a very old draft still fails, regenerate it.
- A channel says it needs reconnecting: tokens can expire (especially short-lived Facebook tokens). Reconnect it, or use a permanent token as described in the Facebook guide.
- Nothing is posting on schedule: confirm the autopilot is on, Full auto-post is on, the daily cap is above zero, and your site cron is running.
